How has everyone been?? I’ve been super busy as of late and haven’t gotten much of a chance to check in.

I’ve been alright, but also very busy.
And also YouTube decided to not process some of my videos at the same time as Windows decided to force the anniversary update on me, which caused so many problems and so many settings were reset. So this past week has been a lot of fixing stuff and attempting to record here and there.

I actually gave that game a download, and it needs A TON of work, but I can totally see potential with it. Atm, my schedule doesn’t allow for making vids, but over December break we should totally do one.

Does anyone know if it’s okay to use (fragments of) songs from another game’s OST in your let’s plays? There’s some amazing music in some of those soundtracks. This is given that I bought the soundtrack obviously.

It really depends on the soundtrack and if it’s copyrighted by a music company.

I’ve had a few instances where I’ve gotten a copyright strike due to the music in a game, but typically it is with licenced music, not OSTs.

Yeah, I’ll just have to look into it for each seperate case.
Stuff like Bastion OST would be awesome to use, but this seems like a vague rule (from their FAQ):
